FAQs

Can I rent more than one bike at once?

Yes! You can rent up to 5 bikes simultaneously. Just make sure to select the correct number of vehicles at the beginning of your booking process.

Can I leave the bike anywhere?

No. To keep the streets clean and accessible for everyone, please return your Donkey bike to specific drop-off locations at the end of the day.

What if I have issues?

Our support team is always available and understanding of unexpected situations.

HOW PRICING WORKS

Just Ride (Pay as you go)

This option is perfect for short trips ranging from 15 minutes to a few hours. You can also add money to your Donkey Wallet and receive bonus credit that can be used for Just Riding.

Day Deals

In select cities, we offer day deals that are ideal for one, two, three, or up to seven days. Whether you're visiting for a weekend or want to explore like a local during your vacation, this is the perfect solution for you or your guests.

Monthly Memberships

With a Donkey membership, you pay a fixed monthly fee and receive a certain amount of free daily riding time. If you exceed the included daily time, you can extend your rental for a low fixed cost. This option is ideal for daily commutes and busy city lives with multiple errands. It is valid in all Donkey cities.
